What happens next

Once you've received your order confirmation email, we'll send you another email or a text message to confirm part availability for your chosen appointment date.

What you need to do

  1. As you have booked a mail in repair you'll need to package up your device and post it to us. Our delivery details are: iPatch, Trinity Leeds, 201 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AR.
  2. We don't require any accessories, power cables, chargers or cases to complete your repair, and we recommend you don't send these with your device.
  3. Please make sure you include your contact details and return postage details.
  4. Although not required, we recommend you make a backup of your device prior to your repair.
