What happens next
Once you've received your order confirmation email, we'll send you another email or a text message to confirm part availability for your chosen appointment date.
What you need to do
- As you have booked a mail in repair you'll need to package up your device and post it to us. Our delivery details are: iPatch, Trinity Leeds, 201 Albion Street, Leeds, LS1 5AR.
- We don't require any accessories, power cables, chargers or cases to complete your repair, and we recommend you don't send these with your device.
- Please make sure you include your contact details and return postage details.
- Although not required, we recommend you make a backup of your device prior to your repair.
